Chili’s Grill & Bar is a restaurant chain with over 1,400 branches, located mostly in the United States. It was founded by Larry Lavin and is currently owned by Brinker International, who also owns the restaurant, On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, Maggiano’s Little Italy and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.

The first restaurant was opened in Dallas, Texas, by Larry Lavin on March 13, 1975. Lavin gave her an informal restaurant with a menu of different types of hamburgers on the grill, a competitive price. The success was unbeatable, since the mid-80s and had 22 branches in the region, whose decor has always been like the old Texas.
